How to make a reservation online?
To make a reservation online, please first check availability in the reservation calendar and then contact us via the reservation form. You can also book the apartment by phone, e-mail, or via WhatsApp. The minimum stay is 3 nights. In response, we will send detailed information and the account number for the transfer. A 50% deposit of the booking price is required to finally confirm your booking. The remaining 50% of the reservation price must be paid no later than 7 days (high season) and 1 day (normal season) before the arrival date.
How many people can stay in the apartment?
The maximum number of guests is 6 people (adults + children). To ensure comfort, the maximum number of adults in the apartment is 4. This allows each guest to enjoy space and comfort during their stay.
Is airport pick-up free of charge?
Yes, we can provide free airport pickup for a maximum of 4 people during the check-in hours 14.00 – 24.00. Outside of check-in hours, we will try, but it might not always be possible.
What is the procedure for cancellation and no-show at the apartment?
High season (June-September):
- up to a month before the date of apartment rental – free of charge
- from one month to 7 days before the date of apartment rental – the cancellation fee is 50% of the reservation price
- from 7 days before the date of renting the apartment – the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation price
- the no-show fee is 100% of the booking price.
Normal season (October-May):
- from 1 day before the date of renting the apartment – the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation price
- the no-show fee is 100% of the booking price.
Is it possible to check in early or check out later?
Yes, but this will not always be possible. Standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 24.00 and check-out time is from 8.00 to 11:00.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our apartment.
