Who is the controller of your personal data?

Depending on the form in which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be retained no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements for its safekeeping. When the data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure either anonymization or complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, unless necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements as required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:

  • The right to access, rectify, transfer and delete your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.

  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with the current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the appropriate boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet their request, on the part of the provider, and the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the optimal provision of service to the USER. If not all the data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise them.
